In the movie, Something’s Gotta Give, with Jack Nicholson and Diane Keaton, Nicholson’s character has a scary experience (albeit humorous) after using the male enhancement drug Viagra. After having what appeared to be a heart attack, he ends up in the emergency room.   • Abrupt loss of vision in one or both eyes, which could be a sign of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION).

  • Abrupt hearing loss or decreased ability to hear.
